  1. Organic Pineapple Breeze Smoothie

In order to prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2/3 light organic coconut milk
  • Crushed ice (optional)
  • 1 cup of cubed organic pineapple
  • ½ cup of organic pineapple juice

Instructions:

First, put all the ingredients, except for the crushed ice, in a blender. Mix until you get a homogenous texture and pour the mixture in a glass. If you want a cooler smoothie, you can add the crushed ice in the process of blending or afterwards in the glass. However, it might not be needed if you have already kept the ingredients in the refrigerator, they would be cool enough.

  1. Organic Pineapple Lemonade

Use the following ingredients to prepare the recipe:

  • 1 juiced lime
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • 1 pineapple
  • 6 cups of water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar

Preparation:

First, you should cut the pineapple and mash it thoroughly in a bowl. Add the fruit in the pitcher first and then all the remaining ingredients. Mix them all together by stirring and if you want a cooler drink add the ice cubes. You can either add the cubes before mixing the ingredients, or after pouring the smoothie in a glass. If the drink is not sweet enough, you can add the brown sugar, which is of course optional.
