Fond hope of many of us is to lose weight in an easy and fast way. We are time and again told that it is impossible. But, it sounds too good to be true, doesn’t?

However, during the last 10 years, a Japanese physician by the name Dr. Fukutsudzi has helped lots of women shed weight at a very fast rate. The method did not require any sticking to a horrible diet regime, having exhausting exercises or spending money on anything expensive and unaffordable.

This miraculous technique was explained by the Japanese doctor in his book, which, by the way, was released in almost six million copies all around Asia!

There, the doctor claims that there is no need of any particular tools for rapid weight loss. All that is needed is a big towel, twine or ribbon to fasten the towel in roll, and flat surface, and of course a little time: three times for only five minutes every day are just enough.

Since Dr. Fukutsudzi is an expert for various conditions with the pelvic bone, he discovered that the main cause of fat in the abdominal section is the variance of the pelvic bones and the subcostal bone.

When he revealed the connection between these two problems, he came up with this method – the fastest and the easiest way so far in which you can remove the excess fat around your broad waist.

Just lying in the proper position for some time (that is having the right posture) can do miracles for your ‘pain-and-strain.’

The procedure is as described below:

1.Roll the towel and fix it properly with some tape. Then, sit on the floor and apply the towel under your back leveled with your navel. Make sure that the towel is a little bit wider than the width of your back.

2. Now lie down and spread your legs at shoulder width and lean your legs, so that your big toes are touching. Extend your arms over your head, and turn the palms down in the position where your 2 small fingers will touch.

3. In case you are not able to reach the end of the hand, reach out as far as you can at the beginning, but make sure your big toes are touching. Lie down in this position for 5 minutes three times a day in order to reach your goal.

4. Although it may seem simple, this position is not as comfortable as it might seem at your first glance. Especially at the beginning, it will be uncomfortable and painful, because your bones will start to return in their natural position.

5. If you can’t bare the pain for whole 5 minutes, you should implement the exercise as long as you can, or you should start with sessions of minute or two and increase the time gradually until you get to the required 5 minutes. This method is a sort of stretching, so in order to have positive results, you should not miss a single day.

6. Be aware because even after 5 minutes of lying in this position, the bones and ankles will become inflexible. So you should avoid sudden movements after the treatment and you shouldn’t get up rapidly. First, lay on the side, then sit for a while and then you can stand up. Remember, don’t do any sudden movements.

This method may give you some doubts, but do not be a ‘doubtful Thomas’. You have nothing to lose, so do not wait and try it out for yourself. Being in this posture on a daily basis will make a habit of it! It will make you feel healthier and attractively upright.

Most important of all: Your back pain will be ‘disabled’!

Don’t forget to take your physical measurements prior to the implementation of this ‘roll’!

Here’s why:

This exercise may give results in different body areas, so the change of the position of the towel may change the main target of the task. If you place the towel under your chest, you will have the effect of lifting the chest, or if you apply it on the area below the ribs, the waist will be more emphatic.

This method yields fantastic results – all experiences with it have been positive. I personally lost 2 cm in the waist after the fifth day. Moreover, I lost 2 cm under the breasts and 2 cm on the belly, and, believe it or not, I even gained more height: whole 0.8 cm! It may sound crazy, but try it and report it!
